MSS Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee refurbishment projects across multiple sites in the Northern Beaches, NSW. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery in live environments.

This role offers a clear path toward project management within a supportive, growth‑focused business. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in construction, relevant trades background, and a Builder License or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of proven site supervision experience in construction.
• Experience delivering refurbishments in aged care or commercial fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of WHS and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour for seamless workflow.
• Oversee health, safety, and compliance standards on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on progress.
• Maintain site documentation including diaries and risk assessments.
