Zusammenfassung

Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) seeks a qualified Personal Care Worker to join Flynn Lodge on a 3-month contract. You will work 38 hours per week providing personal care and support to residents under care plans, including grooming, bathing and mobility assistance.

Ideal candidates have aged care or disability support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with supervision as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Care.
• Demonstrated experience in activities of daily living in an aged care setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse team environment.
• Manual handling experience relevant to caring tasks.
• Proof of NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, flu vaccination, and working rights for the contract duration.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care including grooming, showering and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and meals according to care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support to residents and report to senior nursing staff as needed.
