Benetas is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Eaglehawk home in California Gully, Bendigo. The 67-bed facility offers AM and PM shifts and a mutual commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements.
• Experience working in an aged care environment.
• A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents.
• Deliver care across AM and PM shifts as rostered.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents’ wellbeing and preferences.
• Maintain safety, dignity and comfort for residents in daily activities.
