Benetas is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join the Eaglehawk home in California Gully, Bendigo. The role supports 67 residents with person-centred care, offering AM/PM shifts and a meaningful pathway within a not-for-profit aged care provider.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or related qualification.
• Experience in an aged care environment is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents in the Bendigo-area home.
• Participate in rotating AM/PM shifts as required.
• Maintain resident wellbeing, safety and dignity while delivering care.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Eaglehawkhome in California Gully. This home has 67 wonderful residents who value your contribution.

Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting. About you

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
• Experience working in an aged care environment
• A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
