Job summary

Benetas is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Eaglehawk home in California Gully, Bendigo. The 67-bed facility offers AM and PM shifts and a mutual commitment to person-centred care and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements.
• Experience working in an aged care environment.
• A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Eaglehawkhome in California Gully. This home has 67 wonderful residents who value your contribution.

Rosters available across AM and PM shifts.

Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting. The role of a PCW is exciting and diverse in our residential aged care homes. Each day is unique and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to our residents. About you

• Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or Aged Care, or a related qualification, or completed the first year of nursing studies and placements
• Experience working in an aged care environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
