HealthX is recruiting Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for short-term aged care contracts across Australia. Roles involve hands-on personal care, mobility support and daily living tasks in facilities nationwide.

Flexible 2–12 week contracts with travel and accommodation support are available. Ideal candidates hold Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support and have a minimum 12 months PCA experience with strong teamwork and infection-control knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a PCA or AIN in aged care.
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent.
• Experience with personal care, manual handling and resident support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of infection control and aged care standards.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Sponsorship is not available for these PCA roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene and comfort needs.
• Monitor health conditions and report concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with medication management and safety protocols as required.
• Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with care teams.
