Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide clinical care to residents, develop individual care plans and ensure accurate documentation aligned with AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards. The role also involves supervising Personal Care Workers and fostering a holistic, resident-centered care approach.

Successful candidates will hold a Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration, with a real desire to make a difference in residents’ lives and families.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration are required.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach with experience in aged care.
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents.
• Create comprehensive assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care.
