Life Without Barriers is seeking an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant (Female) on a casual basis in the Epping area to support older Australians to live independently in their own homes. You will travel between multiple clients across Epping and surrounding suburbs, with KM reimbursement of $1.01 per KM while you work, and you may have opportunities to transition to permanent part-time in the future.

Formación

• Certificate III in Ageing Support or equivalent is required.
• Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle with third‑party insurance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• First Aid and CPR certificates are required.

Responsabilidades

• Domestic duties such as vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and laundry.
• Personal care including showering and daily hygiene.
• Transportation and access to medical appointments and social activities.
• Provide support with daily tasks and routines.
• Foster positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
