Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to manage the day-to-day upkeep of our 87-bed aged care home in Lyneham. The role covers minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks and scheduled preventive maintenance across facilities and grounds.

You will respond promptly to requests, deliver high-quality service, and thrive in a supportive team focused on delivering a safe, comfortable home for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building, property, or facility maintenance, ideally in aged care
• Hands on, accountable, proactive, respectful, and with strong time management and organisational skills
• Friendly, flexible and delivers excellent customer service
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia and an unrestricted driver's licence

Responsabilités

• Maintain day-to-day operations of the 87-bed aged care home in Lyneham
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance across buildings, equipment and grounds
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and escalate complex issues when needed
