Job summary

HammondCare North Turramurra is currently looking for a Permanent Part Time Cleaner to join our team. Shift Pattern on offer: Monday - Tuesday - Friday : 7:00am - 3:00pm shifts!

As part of the Support Service’s Team you will deliver high quality cleaning services within the Kitchen for our residents, following all guidelines and safety procedures. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a focus on safe manual handling and food safety.

Qualifications

• Be flexible and able to commit to shifts including weekends.
• Experience in cleaning/kitchen tasks in aged care is advantageous.
• Able to work both independently and in a team while following guidelines.
• Understand safe manual handling and standard precautions.
• Commit to following cleaning schedules for equipment and surfaces.
• Adhere to safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen cleaning tasks and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Clean and sanitise equipment and surfaces according to schedules.
• Follow all cleaning guidelines and safety procedures.
• Work independently or with a team to deliver quality service.
• Contribute to a safe working environment with proper handling.
