Infinite Aged Care, a fast-growing leader in residential aged care, seeks a hands-on kitchen assistant to help with plating, meal service, and dining room setup. You’ll support dietary needs and maintain cleanliness, while adhering to food safety and WHS standards.

Ideal candidates are studying or trained in commercial cookery, with strong communication and reliability. Roles offer varied shifts, with potential weekend opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or commercial kitchen experience (or a strong interest in developing these skills).
• Available to build practical skills that directly support training in commercial cookery and kitchen operations.
• Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail skills.
• Reliable, adaptable team players who thrive in a busy kitchen environment and have the availability to support a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plating and meal service in a commercial kitchen.
• Support dietary needs, including texture-modified and allergen-aware meals.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen and dining cleanliness.
• Set up and reset dining rooms and equipment for each service.
• Follow food safety and WHS procedures.
• Work as part of a supportive, fast-moving team.
