• Food Service: deliver meals with care and know resident preferences.
• Housekeeping: keep rooms and areas clean, safe and welcoming.
• Laundry: manage residents' personal laundry with respect.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Follow safety, infection control and sanitary protocols.
