Job summary

Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) invites applications for Hospitality Worker roles in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory. These full-time positions involve cleaning, laundry, and kitchen support within Aged Care facilities, operating on a 76-hour fortnight roster with 24/7 coverage expectations.

Base pay is $30.86 per hour plus penalties and super, with three full-time roles available from October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environment and helping cooks prepare meals.
• Familiar with HACCP storage legislation and willingness to obtain required checks/certifications.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler Course SITXFSA005.
• Able to support kitchen operations including cleaning of dishes.
• Commitment to rostered shifts and understanding impact on residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in facility services with cleaning, laundry, and kitchen duties.
• Work across the facility with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Support rotating rosters and multiple hospitality shifts as needed.
• Deliver friendly customer service to residents and staff.
