Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 months experience in a similar professional role.
• Experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and provide quality support to clients.

Aufgaben

• Provide home help services: housekeeping, making beds, cleaning, laundry, meal prep.
• Deliver personal care: get clients out of bed, assist with showering/dressing, monitor safety.
• Assist with medications and mobility goals; transport clients to activities/appointments.
• Support families by giving breaks and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with supervisors as needed.
