Job summary

Hardi Aged Care is seeking a Facility Manager to lead operations at our Manly Vale home. You will provide strong operational and clinical leadership to ensure safe, high-quality and compliant care services while driving resident satisfaction.

This permanent full-time role focuses on governance, continuous improvement, and staff development. You will embed a culture aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards, manage budgeting and occupancy, and build strong relationships with residents,

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in residential aged care at senior level.
• Proven regulatory knowledge and ability to navigate Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Experience with accreditation, audits, and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility operations with clinical and non-clinical service delivery.
• Drive compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Foster safety, dignity, and resident-centred care.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee budgets, occupancy targets, and financial performance.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and risk management.
