Job summary

Roshana Care Group is seeking a Facility Manager for Macleod Aged Care in Melbourne. This full-time senior role will lead the 52-bed facility, overseeing operations, clinical and financial performance, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care in a safe, well‑managed environment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced aged care professional with RN background, registered with AHPRA, and a proven track record in leading large teams and driving quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Significant aged care leadership or facility management experience.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance, and governance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial and operational management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Lead, support, and develop clinical, care, hospitality, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, legislation, and organisational policies.
• Drive a culture of person-centred care, safety, dignity, and respect.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational performance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including residents, families, staff, and external providers.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure continuous service enhancement.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and staff development.
• Respond to and manage clinical and operational risks effectively.
