Job summary

BaptistCare is seeking a Business Efficiency Lead to strengthen performance, productivity and sustainability across Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living in Australia. You will collaborate with senior leaders and frontline teams to simplify processes, optimise workforce models and ensure funding and compliance requirements are met while maintaining high-quality care.

The role focuses on turning data into insights, driving continuous improvement and delivering sustainable operating

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Business, Health Management or related discipline (MBA desirable).
5+ years experience in business efficiency or operational improvement.
Knowledge of residential aged care regulations, AN ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards.
Excellent analytical ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Experience improving workforce models, rostering and productivity.
Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
Ability to travel inter-state as required.
