Job summary

Columbia Aged Care is seeking a Care Services Manager in Strathfield to oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing and care staff, and drive outcomes that meet national standards.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality governance, and effective funding processes while partnering with leadership to elevate care. A strong focus on resident-centred plans and staff development is expected.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• At least 5 years of post-graduate nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior management role within aged care.
• National Police Check and Australian working rights.
• Tertiary studies in clinical management or health administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape day-to-day clinical operations for the Strathfield facility.
• Mentor clinical teams and drive resident health outcomes.
• Lead compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and funding processes.
• Analyze data to improve safety, medication management and risk.
• Liaise with residents and families to tailor personalised care plans.
