Unidex Recruitment seeks a Clinical Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a residential aged care facility in Melbourne. You will ensure compliance, governance, and high-quality resident care while collaborating with residents, families, and health professionals.

The role emphasizes leading nursing and care teams, developing care plans, supporting accreditation and risk management, and delivering person-centred care during a 6-week contract.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 3+ years in clinical leadership or care management roles.
• Experience leading and mentoring clinical teams.
• Solid knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation and governance.
• Proven ability to drive quality improvements and positive outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure compliance with legislation, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop, implement and review individualized care plans with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Lead, coach and mentor nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Monitor clinical performance and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safe, compassionate and person-centred care is consistently delivered.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise resident health and wellbeing outcomes.
• Support accreditation, governance and risk management processes.
