Job summary

RFBI is seeking experienced Chefs to oversee catering for residents across 22 aged care villages in NSW/ACT. The role focuses on delivering high-quality meals tailored to residents' nutritional and dietary needs, while coordinating with care teams for optimal service.

You’ll work in a supportive RFBI environment with opportunities for career development and attractive remuneration, including salary packaging and annual leave loading.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).
• Experience in a food services environment.
• Understanding of dietary needs for the elderly.
• WH&S and manual handling knowledge.
• Ability to deliver high-quality meals meeting nutritional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and serve high-quality meals to residents.
• Plan menus providing resident choices while meeting nutritional standards.
• Coordinate with Care Manager and team to meet dietary needs.
• Maintain food safety standards and efficient service.
