Qualifications

• An experienced Cook
• Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
• Qualification in Safe Food Handling and Preparation
• Understanding of WHS responsibilities and elderly dietary needs

Responsibilities

• Preparation, presentation and serving of high-quality food to residents
• Planning menus with dietary considerations and resident choice
• Coordinate with Care Manager and care team on meals for specific dietary needs
• Compliance with food safety program and service quality standards
