Job summary

BlueCare is seeking an Audit and Compliance Advisor to strengthen governance and quality assurance across aged care services. This permanent full-time role sits in our centralised governance team, with flexible working arrangements and an emphasis on risk-based assurance and regulatory readiness.

You will design and maintain the audit framework, lead risk-based audits, analyse trends from incidents and feedback, and provide board-ready reporting to support continuous improvement and resident

Qualifications

• Experience in governance-level audit, assurance or compliance functions.
• Ability to interpret Aged Care Act, Strengthened Quality Standards and provider governance obligations.
• Prepare executive and Board-level assurance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and govern the enterprise audit and assurance framework.
• Lead risk-based and thematic audits to evaluate governance and quality systems.
• Analyse intelligence from audits, incidents, complaints, and feedback to identify risks.
• Prepare high-quality assurance reports for Executive Leadership and Board governance forums.
