Newcastle Anglican are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join on a casual basis working across our Mid North Coast facilities Taree + Gloucester NSW. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care home.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support or RN student (2nd/3rd/3rd year).
• Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement).
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately document residents' care and progress.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote Anglican Care’s positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families
• Consistent delivery of person-centred care to residents in our facilities
