Estia Health was founded to enrich lives in aged care across multiple homes in Australia. We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living, meals, and privacy, while collaborating with a dedicated team to meet diverse needs.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, bring relevant caregiving experience, and be proficient in clinical documentation and computer systems. On-site roles across NSW locations are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and meals.
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team.
• Encourage activity and engagement to keep residents active.
• Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments as directed.
• Maintain privacy and dignity of every resident.
