You will collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintain up-to-date knowledge of funded and non-funded services, and contribute to service improvements while meeting KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Clinical qualification in nursing, OT, physiotherapy or social work.
• Current unrestricted registration with relevant regulatory authority.
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
