Bupa Kempsey is seeking a friendly Business Administrator – Customer Service Consultant to support daily operations at our 41-bed aged care home. You will be the welcoming face, handle enquiries, assist with admissions, rostering and onboarding with your GM, ensuring smooth resident and family experiences.

You should bring patience, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills to deliver high-quality guest service and administrative support in a dynamic aged care environment.
