Kirinari Community Services is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe at home. You will deliver domestic assistance, personal care, meal prep, and companionship, working directly in clients' homes to support their goals and daily living.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, reliability, and a person-centred approach within a supportive leadership environment, with paid training and development and clear career progression.

Competenze

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.

About The Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)
• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Community participation
• Social support and companionship

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
