Job summary

Kirinari Community Services seeks experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will support clients with domestic tasks, personal care, meals and transport to appointments, and you will work directly in clients' homes and communities to build meaningful relationships.

About the Role

You will support older Australians to maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with:

• Domestic assistance (this is often the largest part of your day)

You will work directly in clients' homes and communities, supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care

• Current Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker's Check
• Australian working rights
