Job summary

Price & Speed Containers, Banksmeadow NSW, is seeking an Afternoon Hands-on Leading Hand RS/C6 Reach-stacker Operator for Sunday to Thursday, 3pm to midnight. The successful candidate will supervise in a quarantine-approved depot, unpacking/packing import-export containers, and demonstrate strong forklift competence.

Requirements include 7+ years in reach stacker/C6 forklift roles and 3+ years in hands-on supervision. Overtime and outdoor work are expected; dogman/rigger ticket is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience as reach stacker/C6 forklift operator.
• Minimum 3 years experience as hands-on supervisor.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Competent with forklift operation.
• Able to load/unload containers and trucks.
• Overtime available.
• RS/C6 Reach-stacker license preferred or LF forklift with 5+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach stacker and forklift to load/unload containers.
• Unpack/pack import/export items in depot.
• Load/unload trucks and containers by hand and with forklift.
• Maintain safety and work as part of a team or independently.

Price & Speed Containers Pty Ltd is located in Botany, has a position available for Afternoon Hands-on Leading Hand RS,C6 license Reach-stacker Operator, Sunday to Thursday 3pm to 12am, the successful candidate will be a fit person to work in our Quarantine Approved Depot. We predominantly unpack/pack import/export containers. The successful applicant will have the following attributes,

At least 7 years exp as a Reach Stacker/C6 Forklift Operator.

At least 3 years exp as a hands on Supervisor

Be prepared to work outside exposed to the elements

Competent at operating a forklift

Load/unload containers by hand and using forklift

Load/ unload trucks

Dogman or Riggers ticket would be an advantage

Available for overtime

Able to work 9 hour shifts, 3pm to 12midnight Sunday to Thursday

Safety awareness is a must!

Able to work both in a team and by your self

Have a RS/C6 Reach-stacker licence is preferred or the minimum requirement is a LF forklift ticket with minimum 5 years experience,

Wage $37 to $43per hour + Shift Loading, depending on exp, as an ABN subcontractor $44 to $50 + GST
