Job summary

Labourforce is seeking reliable, hardworking ambient dry goods pick packers for an afternoon shift in Eastern Creek. You will pick and pack consumer goods and alcohol, feed conveyors, and stack pallets while following health and safety rules. Start times are 1:00–2:30 PM with potential overtime up to 10 hours per day.

Provisional pay starts at 44.03 AUD per hour during probation with allowances, rising to 50.68 AUD after six months. Temp-to-perm opportunities exist with a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Warehousing experience required.
• Experience operating Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Pick and pack experience including carton stacking.
• Overtime and varying start times flexibility.

• Picking and packing consumer goods and alcohol products.
• Feeding conveyor belts and automated warehouse systems.
• Decanting products and picking from conveyor belts.
• Tramming and stacking cartons on pallets.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking and physically fit Warehouse Pick Packers to join the Ambient Dry Goods team in Eastern Creek.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing consumer goods and alcohol products.
• Feeding conveyor belts and automated warehouse systems.
• Decanting products and picking from conveyor belts.
• Tramming and stacking cartons safely on pallets.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Afternoon shift: Start times between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM.
• Flexibility with start times is essential.
• Shifts can be up to 10 hours per day when required.
• Overtime and standby shifts may be available or rostered.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehousing experience.
• Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Pick and pack experience, including carton stacking.
• Conveyor belt, decanting and tramming experience highly regarded.
• Good communication skills and a strong work history.
• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence.
• Flexibility to work overtime and varying start times.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
• Two work-related referees.
