Job summary

Labourforce is seeking experienced Pick Packers for an Afternoon shift at our Marsden Park Distribution Centre in Sydney. The role involves picking, staging and packing orders for dispatch in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have RF scanning experience (advantageous), good communication, reliability and are physically fit for manual handling. Excellent pay at $48.13/hr with overtime opportunities in a modern workplace.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately from high and low locations using pick slips.

• Use RF scanners to locate, pick and record inventory.
• Load and unload pallets or stock when required.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organised and hazard-free.
• Support with general warehouse tasks as needed.

Join one of Australia's most recognised global homeware brands, known for innovation, quality, and over 100 years of excellence. We're seeking experienced Pick Packers to join the team at their state-of-the-art Distribution Centre in Marsden Park.

Available Shifts & Rates

• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $48.13/hr

Your Role Will Include:

• Accurately picking orders from high and low locations according to pick slips
• Staging, sorting, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is maintained in safe working condition
• Using RF scanners to locate, pick, and record inventory
• Loading and unloading pallets or stock when required
• Maintaining clean, organised, and hazard-free warehouse areas
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks and ad hoc duties as directed

To Be Successful, You'll Have:

• RF scanning experience (advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
