Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Smeaton Grange NSW is seeking a reliable forklift operator to support production, warehousing and distribution. The role requires a current LF forklift licence and hands-on experience with forklifts, loading, unloading and material handling in a busy factory setting.

The position offers an afternoon shift (1:00 pm–10:00 pm) with competitive pay, onsite parking, and opportunities to develop skills across production and machinery operations in a fast-paced dairy

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• A current LF forklift licence and forklift experience.
• Manufacturing, production or process work with machine operation experience highly regarded.
• Availability to work 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
• The ability to perform physical work and manual handling tasks.
• A strong work ethic and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent reliability and punctuality.
• A commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Your own reliable transport, as the site location requires it.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts to move stock, materials and finished products.
• Assisting with loading, unloading, dispatch and distribution.
• Supporting production lines and operating machinery.
• Completing general warehouse and processing duties.
• Moving products and materials safely throughout the facility.
• Performing manual handling tasks as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures and quality standards.
