About the Role

Mediapoint is a high-volume, system-driven print production business.

This is not a slow warehouse job.

We're looking for someone who can work with urgency, take initiative, and keep production moving not someone who waits to be told what to do.

You'll be part of a team where jobs move quickly through finishing, packing, and dispatch, and everyone is expected to contribute to output.

Training will be provided, so print experience is not required.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on production role working across:

• Finishing machines (cutting, trimming, eyelets, handwork)
• Large format machines (training provided)
• Packing, QA, and dispatch
• Keeping jobs flowing through production

You won't be doing one task all day.

We move people based on workload, so you need to be comfortable jumping between tasks and helping wherever needed.

We value people who step in, solve problems, and keep things moving - not those who wait for direction.

Experience (Preferred, Not Essential)

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Been a line leader, team leader, 2IC or the operator the supervisor relied on (strongly preferred)
• Machine operation experience
• Packing in a fast pace environment
• Print or finishing experience (bonus only)

Hours & Pay

• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Competitive hourly rate (includes afternoon loading)
