Job summary

Mediapoint in Derrimut is seeking an Afternoon Production Operator to move beyond pick/pack, with training on cutting and finishing equipment and increasing responsibility over time.

You’ll perform finishing, QA, packing and dispatch, plus inventory tasks, in a structured, no-politics team. Full training provided, hours 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday to Friday; pay $33–$36 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Leading hand/line-lead experience in warehouse or production
• Fast, steady, and accurate work pace without dropping quality
• Clear English; comfortable with computer-based tickets and freight bookings

Responsibilities

• Finishing: cutting, trimming, eyelets, hemming, handwork
• QA: verify each job against the ticket before packing
• Packing and dispatch: boxing, wrapping, labeling, freight bookings
• Inventory: stock counts, deliveries, materials organisation
• General production support: keep stations stocked and jobs flowing
• Move between tasks as workload shifts
