Job summary

BevChain, a subsidiary of Linfox, is seeking a Despatch Coordinator in Eagle Farm, QLD, Australia to support afternoon transport operations. You will coordinate bookings, allocate work, monitor delivery progress and handle driver and customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:00pm–8:00pm, with responsibilities covering CRM records, incident reporting and closeout activities. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating afternoon transport operations.
• Ability to liaise with drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Strong administrative and computer skills (Excel, Office).
• Comfortable handling enquiries and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily afternoon transport operations and driver activities.
• Act as the key contact for drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage transport-related enquiries, escalations, and service issues.
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate operational updates.
• Complete end-of-day closeout activities and maintain records.
