Clark Equipment is seeking a customer-centric product support person to join the Aftermarket Support Team at the Hornsby head office. The role involves assisting branch and dealer enquiries, providing spare parts information and freight details, and supporting order processing and stock audits.

Ideally, the candidate will have mechanical aptitude, spare parts interpretation and sales/customer service experience, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a similar position or within the industry is desirable, but not essential.

Clark Equipment is looking for a customer centric product support person with high attention to detail to join the Aftermarket Support Team.

Located in the Hornsby head office the successful applicant will play a vital role in supporting equipment used in the Construction, Material Handling andAgricultural industries.

Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is a leading distributor of Capital Equipment with operations nationally.

Reporting to the AM Support Team Supervisor responsibilities will include:

Attending to branch and dealer enquiries, including (but not limited to) freight enquiries/expediting & providing spare parts information.

General administration and housekeeping.

Assisting with order processing and warehouse stock audits

Includes on the job training tobecome familiar with the tools used to support a variety of products/brands.

On-site parking & close to public transport

Working as part of a friendly team

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Mechanical aptitude or equipment/machinery knowledge.

Spare Parts interpretation, sales and customer service experience.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a similar position or within the industry is desirable, but not essential.
