Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd in Perth is looking for a Parts Coordinator to ensure all warehouse items are processed on time and to Liebherr standards.

You will handle customer service, data entry of purchase orders into sales orders, and provide parts advice to internal and external customers. The role emphasises accuracy, strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel), and the ability to plan your time effectively; mining equipment knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant parts experience is required.
• Analytical skills and high attention to detail are essential.
• Knowledge of mining excavators and components is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in personal time planning and organisational skills.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Customer service (external & internal).
• Accurate data entry of purchase orders into sales orders.
• Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes.
• Expediting.
• Knowledge in Core Returns highly advantageous.
• Quoting of parts & components.
• Ordering stock from suppliers and maintain accurate records, files and reports.
• Provide parts advice & support to internal & external customers.
