Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (Chatswood Primary OSHCare) is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for a permanent, part-time role working 2:15pm-5:45pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to cover before-school shifts as needed.

You will support educators, develop leadership skills, and contribute to a positive, child-focused program in a supportive school community. Training and career progression are provided within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
• Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
• Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
