What You’ll Do
Working across the hospital, you will provide visible and supportive clinical and operational leadership, helping staff navigate complex situations and deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
You will:
Coordinate patient flow, bed allocation and clinical priorities.
You’ll bring the confidence to make decisions, the clinical judgement to manage complexity and the communication skills to bring people together.
Experience in operational, acute or critical care environments is highly desirable.
At Armidale Rural Referral Hospital, you won’t be stepping into leadership alone.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Nursing and Midwifery and Deputy Director of Nursing, with supernumerary orientation shifts to support your transition into the role.
