Optimum Health Solutions is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to manage a diverse caseload in Nowra, NSW. Join a leading multidisciplinary Allied Health team with a strong focus on musculoskeletal and disability services, growth, and meaningful outcomes for clients.

You’ll work within a well-established network of clinics, receive ongoing professional development, and contribute to high-quality, client-centered care across NDIS supports and rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• AEP status with ESSA accreditation is required.
• Minimum 2 years' NDIS experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored exercise programs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that improve health, function and independence.
• Support clients to achieve meaningful physical, social and lifestyle goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to maximise client outcomes.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting requirements.
