Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions in Nowra is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with other clinicians to maximise client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSA.
• Minimum 2 years' NDIS experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored exercise programs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that improve health, function and independence.
• Support clients to achieve meaningful physical, social and lifestyle goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to maximise client outcomes.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting requirements.
