Job summary

Qantas Engineering is seeking an Advisor, Business Performance to design and maintain workforce resource models across the Line and Intermediate Maintenance network, delivering insights to support planning decisions.

You will work with Planning, Maintenance and Operational teams, apply forecasting techniques, develop workforce forecasts, and report on performance to enable safe, reliable, on-time outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience within an aircraft maintenance environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience applying forecasting, resource planning and statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain workforce resource models across the Line and Intermediate Maintenance network.
• Provide insights into labour capacity, workforce capability and facility utilisation.
• Develop workforce and maintenance forecasts and associated performance reporting.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to support future workforce capability and business needs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance and Operational teams to inform decisions.
