Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking an Advisor, Business Performance to design and maintain workforce resource models across the Qantas Engineering network. You will work with Planning, Maintenance and Operations to provide insights on labour capacity, capability and facility utilisation to support resource planning and decision making.

Leveraging forecasting and advanced analytics, you will identify opportunities to improve workforce efficiency, optimize maintenance planning and enhance operational

Qualifications

Experience within an aircraft maintenance environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience applying forecasting, resource planning and statistical analysis techniques.
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain workforce resource models across the Qantas Engineering network.
Provide critical insights into labour capacity, workforce capability and facility utilisation.
Develop workforce and maintenance forecasts and performance reporting.
Produce data-driven recommendations to support future workforce capability and needs.
Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance and Operational teams to inform decisions.
