Job summary

Zurich Insurance Australia is seeking an Advice Associate to work with advisers, turning complex customer needs into precise, compliant advice and preparing Statements of Advice with accuracy and pace.

You'll leverage RG146 and a relevant diploma, collaborate across teams, and use Xplan and other digital tools to deliver great outcomes while supporting transformation in our digital insurer journey.

Qualifications

• RG146, plus an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services or a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in financial planning or personal insurance.
• Strong paraplanning or technical advice support experience.
• Customer-first mindset with integrity and great outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support technical research, strategy development and advice preparation.
• Turn complex needs into clear, compliant recommendations.
• Create accurate, audit-ready Statements of Advice.
• Collaborate with advisers to deliver compliant, customer-focused outcomes at scale.
