Job summary

Zurich Assure is seeking an Advice Associate to partner with advisers, turning complex customer needs into high-quality advice and supporting research, strategy development and compliant advice preparation at scale.

You will contribute to customer-focused outcomes while applying technical expertise, collaborating across teams, and continually improving how great advice is delivered.

Qualifications

• RG146 is required.
• Advanced Diploma of Financial Services or relevant tertiary qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in financial planning or personal insurance preferred.
• Strong paraplanning or technical advice support experience.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, concise and engaging communication style.
• Customer-first mindset grounded in integrity and great outcomes.
• Collaborative approach with ability to work independently.
• Life insurance knowledge and Xplan experience are highly regarded.

An exciting opportunity awaits to join Zurich Assure as an Advice Associate, working closely with the Paraplanning Manager.

You’ll partner closely with advisers to turn complex customer needs into clear, high-quality advice—supporting technical research, strategy development and advice preparation while delivering compliant, customer-focused outcomes efficiently and at scale.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• RG146, plus an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services or a relevant tertiary qualification
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in financial planning or personal insurance
• Strong paraplanning or technical advice support experience
• Confident balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A clear, concise and engaging communication style
• A customer-first mindset grounded in integrity and great outcomes
• A collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently
• Life insurance knowledge and Xplan experience will be highly regarded
