Job summary

YMCA Victoria is seeking a Program Coordinator at Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Camp to lead and deliver outdoor education programs with schools and groups. You will supervise staff, volunteers and placement students and ensure smooth daily operations and safety across all activities, in a hands-on, full-time role that rewards leadership, collaboration and a commitment to high program quality.

You will work closely with visiting groups to plan, coordinate logistics and maintain risk controls.
