Job summary

Austrack Campers is expanding and seeking motivated Sales Consultants who love helping people choose the right camper. Based at the Lansvale showroom, you’ll guide customers from initial enquiry through to delivery and ongoing support, building trusted relationships and representing our premium brands.

You’ll deliver outstanding service via phone, email and in person, conduct product demonstrations and ensure a great showroom experience while collaborating with sales, service and admin teams.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Sound computer skills, including CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries relating to camper trailers, hybrid campers, caravans and Zodiac range.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer handovers.
• Prepare stock for customer delivery, including detailing and QC inspections.
• Complete pre-delivery inspections and maintain showroom presentation standards.
• Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain showroom and yard presentation.
• Assist with stock movement and general yard duties.
• Work with sales, service, production and administration teams.
• Attend caravan and camping shows if required.
• Champion the customer experience and identify improvement opportunities.
