Darling Downs Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Practice in Warwick to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll mentor others, apply advanced clinical skills and contribute to safe, effective care in a connected regional community.

You will work to advance care standards, educate patients and families, and support colleagues to grow and succeed while making a meaningful difference across our health service.

Qualifications

• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions.
• Demonstrated advanced clinical nursing skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering advanced nursing care that promotes safe, effective and person-centred health outcomes.
• Supporting patients and families through education, communication and compassionate care.
• Mentoring enrolled nurses, students and assistants in nursing to strengthen capability across the team.
• Driving quality and safety initiatives that enhance care standards and improve service delivery.
