Job summary

Darling Downs Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in a Kingaroy-based role within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to care plans, monitor patient progress, and help ensure positive outcomes while upholding patient-centred values.

Ideal candidates hold current Enrolled Nurse registration and demonstrate a commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse without medication restrictions.
• Demonstrated ability to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Commitment to professional development, learning and quality improvement.
• Experience in rural or regional healthcare settings and/or IV medication administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care that supports positive patient outcomes.
• Working with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, person-centred care.
