Darling Downs Health in Australia is seeking an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill to deliver high-quality care, provide advanced clinical support, and guide colleagues and students.

You will mentor nursing staff, supervise care delivery, and contribute to safety, quality and service improvement initiatives while upholding our values of compassion and integrity. Eligible applicants will be registered Enrolled Nurses with advanced clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Formación

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions.
• Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and support colleagues, students and assistants in nursing.
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient-centred care skills.
• Advanced Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) and/or experience contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care that supports positive health outcomes and patient wellbeing.
• Build strong partnerships with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared care goals.
• Support safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care delivery.
• Mentor enrolled nurses, students and assistants in nursing to strengthen capability across the team.
